Step 1
Establish Inspection Timeframe
We will reach out to the owner to inform them of the inspection time frame. The owner is not required to be present as data collection can be done from the exterior.
Step 2
Assess & Photograph
Depending on the size of the building, hundreds of photos will be taken to document the exterior envelope system. any cracks or other signs of damaged stucco.
Step 3
Sample & Document
Our inspectors will take samples of the building materials (stucco, sealants, roofing materials, etc) depending upon the issues of the building. Any material removed will be filled with sealant to prevent water from intruding at the sampling locations.
Step 4
Data Analysis
The inspectors transfer the gathered data to the appropriate parties to analyze the findings.
